Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! Please contact us if there are any issues with your order! 

All of our products are made to order and they go into production when ordered. For that reason, we do not offer refunds, changes, or cancellations.

We also cannot provide free reprints or refunds where the original image was not of sufficient quality. Please be sure to upload the photos in the highest available resolution and size.

If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us, within 30 days from the date you placed your order, at support@apkhomedecor.com and we’ll be happy to help.
